Tianyin Cheng

Tianyin Cheng is a seasoned professional in the financial industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Products at MerQube since May 2022. Previously, Tianyin held multiple senior roles at S&P Dow Jones Indices from June 2014 to May 2022, including Senior Director of ESG Indices and Senior Director of Product Manager for Strategy & Volatility Indices. Prior experience includes working as a Quant Analyst and Risk Manager at Catalytic Investment Group Pte Ltd, focusing on risk management and portfolio construction, as well as a Quant Analyst at Daiwa Capital Markets Singapore Ltd, where the focus was on quantitative equity research in Asian markets. Early in the career, Tianyin gained experience as a quantitative research intern at Huaan fund management. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
