Alberto Santa Ana's work experience includes various roles in sales and management. Alberto started their career at MicroStrategy Incorporated in 1998 as a Senior Software Design Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and developing BI software. Alberto achieved the release of MicroStrategy Broadcaster 5.0 and MicroStrategy Telecaster 1.0 BI products. In 2001, they moved to Microsoft and held positions as a Systems Engineer and later as an Account Technology Specialist. Alberto then became an Inside Account Manager, where they were responsible for software solutions and services sales, account planning, and developing value propositions. Alberto achieved three CSI wins and increased customer satisfaction in the Retail and CPG verticals. In 2010, they joined Intralinks HLA (NLA & CS) - IIT, S.A. as a Sales Manager, and later became the Head of the Latin America Enterprise Team. Alberto was a President's Club winner and oversaw sales in Mexico and Central America. Lastly, in 2017, they joined Datasite as the Regional Director LATAM and currently holds the position of Sales Manager North Latam.

Alberto Santa Ana completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1993 to 1997. Alberto then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same institution from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, Alberto obtained a Master's degree in International Business from Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2005 to 2006. Alberto also holds a certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) from Microsoft.
