Bjorn Wendorff

Bjorn Wendorff, CPA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bjorn started their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Oak Terrace Senior Living in 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they worked in Security Operations at Concordia University-St. Paul. In 2012, they transitioned to the hospitality sector and worked as a Front Desk staff at Wyndham Worldwide until 2013. Bjorn then joined Luther Automotive Group as a Sales Associate from 2013 to 2014.

In 2014, Bjorn worked as a Tax Preparer at Liberty Tax, where they specialized in preparing and filing personal income taxes. In 2015, they became an Accountant at HAP (Hmong American Partnership), where they managed day-to-day finance and accounting functions. Bjorn then moved to TheMLSonline.com as a Licensed Realtor in 2017, where they managed contracts with buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.

In 2016, Bjorn joined The Anton Group - TAG as an Account Specialist, responsible for various accounting functions such as GL/financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgetary analysis. Bjorn also prepared monthly financial statements and presented them at clients' board meetings.

From 2019 to 2022, Bjorn worked at Sun Country Airlines as a Senior Accountant. In this role, they were accountable for calculating, reconciling, and reviewing earned and unearned revenue. Bjorn ensured proper revenue recognition regulations were implemented and updated and prepared month-end journal entries.

Currently, Bjorn Wendorff is working at Datasite as a Senior Accountant and External Reporting Analyst, starting in February 2022.

Bjorn Wendorff, CPA, completed their Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Concordia University-St. Paul in the years 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2015 to 2019, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management. In November 2019, Bjorn obtained their certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy.
