Hung Chen

Hung Chen has over 17 years of experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Datasite since December 2018, Hung manages three feature teams comprising 15 engineers, focusing on the company’s global core platform, mentoring engineers, and leading organizational restructuring initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Pearson, where Hung contributed to the design and development of backend microservices and established agile development standards. Previous roles include Owner at Tinder Solutions Inc. and Software Engineer at Solstice Enterprise Software, in addition to work as a Database Conversion Specialist at eSchool Solutions, Inc. Hung holds a BSPE in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
