Jeff Kohl attended Birmingham Groves High School from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a General Diploma. After completing high school, they pursued higher education at Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2009 to 2013. At Mankato, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Jeff has obtained various certifications. In January 2007, they received the Microsoft Office Specialist certification in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word from Microsoft. In December 2014, they became an Eloqua Master, certified by Eloqua. Most recently, in March 2021, they obtained the B2B Marketing Certification from Forrester.
