Mahboba Akhtarzadah

Mahboba Akhtarzadah started their work experience as a Student Academic Technology Trainer at Southern New Hampshire University in September 2015, and later became an Instructional Support Coordinator in June 2018. They worked in this role until February 2020. From May 2020 to May 2022, Mahboba worked as a Tech Support Specialist at Volanno. In 2016, they also worked as a Motivational Speaker. Currently, Mahboba holds the position of Information Technology Product Manager at The ExCo Group, starting in August 2022.

Mahboba Akhtarzadah holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cyber Security Management from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at the same university from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned the certification of Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in April 2022.
