Wissam Haddad

Wissam Haddad has a diverse and extensive work experience. Wissam began their career as a Sales Representative at Mikati Holdings in 1995 before moving on to roles as a Personal Consultant at Societe Nouvelle De La Banque De Syrie Et Du Liban sal and a Financial Consultant at Dr. Naji Bejjani. Wissam then worked as an Assistant Manager at Société Industrielle Adonis and SIAD (UNIFERT GROUP), where they focused on financial management, inventory management, and cash flow.

In 1999, Haddad became an Administration & Finance Manager at Janssen-Cilag, where they were responsible for budgeting, planning, supply chain management, and compliance across multiple countries. Wissam continued their career at Johnson & Johnson, holding roles such as Area Finance & Administration Manager and Finance Director MEWA. In these positions, they managed finances, new business development, compliance, supply chain, and IT.

In 2013, Haddad joined Roche as the Head of Finance - Middle East Sub-Regions, overseeing finance operations and playing a key role in strategic planning. Wissam is currently working at Mersaco as the Chief Finance & Operation Officer.

Wissam Haddad's education history begins with him earning a French Baccalaureat in 1991 at Sagesse School, where their field of study was "D" or Experimental Sciences. Wissam then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Saint Joseph University of Beirut from 1992 to 1995. In 1995, Wissam enrolled in Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU) and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Marketing in 1998. Finally, in 2004, Wissam attended the Institute of Certified Management Accountants in Australia and obtained a CMA degree in Management Accounting by the following year.
