Dorin Toader

Dorin Toader has a comprehensive and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dorin joined Mersana Therapeutics in 2017 and held several significant roles. As the Vice President of Chemistry and Bioconjugation, they have been responsible for driving the company's preclinical activities. Previously, they served as the Executive Director of Chemistry and Bioconjugation, where they played a pivotal role in advancing ADC discovery and development. Dorin also led the Bioconjugation group and spearheaded the development of new conjugation technologies.

Before joining Mersana Therapeutics, Dorin worked at MedImmune as a Senior Scientist from 2013 to 2017. Dorin began their career at AstraZeneca in 1998, starting as a Senior Scientist Lead Generation and eventually becoming the Principal Scientist in Oncology Discovery. Dorin also gained valuable research experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Florida. Overall, Dorin Toader possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of chemistry and bioconjugation.

Dorin Toader completed a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Florida from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they earned a BS degree with first-class honors in Chemical Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest. Dorin also holds a certification in Practicing iCoach from iCoaching, which was obtained at an unspecified time.
