Rashmi Deshpande

Rashmi Deshpande is a distinguished professional with over 16 years of experience in quality engineering and test management. Currently serving as the VP of Quality Engineering at Fortinet since July 2014, Rashmi has previously held roles such as Senior Director and Director of Engineering QA at the same company. Rashmi's career includes a significant tenure at Meru Networks as Engineering Manager QA and Juniper Networks as Test Engineering Manager, where successful test strategies were created for Core, Edge, and Access routers. Earlier experience at Intel involved leading a team for the Intel Connection Manager software, focusing on requirement analysis and test planning, while work at Wipro Technologies included feature and performance testing for Cisco routers.
