Roman Mikulich

Roman Mikulich is a skilled professional in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors with a strong background in biomarker operations and clinical research. Currently serving as the Biomarker Operations Manager at Merus N.V. since August 2023, Roman previously worked as an Outsource Coordinator at Janssen Vaccines & Prevention B.V., focusing on coordinating clinical sample analysis and improving Biobank systems. Prior to that, Roman held roles at Galapagos as an Associate Scientist in both Target Discovery and Cell Pharmacology, where responsibilities included the identification of disease-relevant targets and the development of cellular assays for type 2 diabetes. Roman's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Bionanotechnology & Advanced Biomanufacturing from the University of Twente and a Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
