Susana Ferreira

Susana Ferreira has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Susana began their career in 2008 as a Waitress at Talenter and then moved on to an Intern in the Food & Beverage Department at Expo Hoteles & Resort in 2009. In 2010, they were a Front Office Intern at Hotel Cascais Miragem and a Groups Co-ordinator at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Hilton in various roles, including GC&E Sales Executive at DoubleTree by Hilton Dublin Burlington Road and Conference & Events Co-ordinator at Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona. In 2017, they joined Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & SPA as a Sales Specialist/Account Manager, and in their role they were responsible for lead generation, negotiation and contracting B2B clients, organizing and conducting site inspections, and cross-selling other Marriot properties in Portugal. Finally, in 2022, they began their current role as Senior Sales Manager at Merytu.

Susana Ferreira has a Postgraduate Degree in Sales Management from IPAM, which they obtained in 2022. Susana also has a Licentiate degree in Hotel Management from Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril, which they obtained in 2010.
