Larysse Gurgel has a diverse work experience. Larysse started their career at Neoenergia as an Auditory Intern in April 2013 and then transitioned to the role of Internal Consulting in March 2014. In August 2015, they joined Grupo Ser Educacional, where they held various roles, including Senior Performance Analyst, responsible for implementing People Analytics and creating data-driven strategies for decision-making. From October 2019 to June 2020, Larysse worked as a Tech HR Business Partner at Incognia. Currently, they are with Mesa Mobile Thinking, where they have held positions such as Tech HR Business Partner, Leader of People, and Head of People & Culture.
Larysse Gurgel completed a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco between 2011 and 2014. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Information Technology from PUC Minas, which began in 2021 and will end in 2023. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Management 3.0 from Management 3.0 and RH Ágile from K21 in 2020.
