Mike Conder is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in facilities and infrastructure management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Principal Facilities Engineer at Mesa Applied Technologies, LLC since April 2020, Mike has held significant roles at Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. from January 2013 to April 2020, including Manager of Facilities & Infrastructure and Senior Staff Technical Advisor. Previous positions include Senior Staff Facilities Engineer at Berry Petroleum Company and Senior Facilities Engineer at Samson Resources Company, among others. Mike's expertise encompasses the design and construction of surface facilities for shale oil production, gas gathering systems, and the development of proprietary technologies, supported by a robust educational background with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and graduate studies at prestigious institutions.
