Jonathan Eliav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and management. As the Owner of The Cravings Truck since January 2017, Jonathan has successfully overseen the operations of the business. Simultaneously, Jonathan has held multiple roles at Mesa Laboratories, Inc., including Network System Administrator and Information Technology Operations Manager, starting in March 2013. Prior to this, Jonathan served as IT Help Desk Supervisor and IT Specialist at All Copy Products from September 2007 to March 2014. Jonathan Eliav holds an Automotive degree from Universal Technical Institute, Inc., completed between 2001 and 2003.
