Ed Wessing

Ed Wessing has an extensive background in law enforcement, having worked in various roles within the Mesa Police Department since 2008. Currently serving as the Assistant Chief in the Patrol Operations Bureau, Ed previously held positions such as Police Lieutenant and Sergeant in different departments. Prior to their work in Mesa, Ed served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps. Wessing also has experience in media relations and has worked in roles such as Patrol Operations, Training Lieutenant, and Homicide Lieutenant.
