Bruno Parra

Bruno Parra began their work experience as a Research Assistant at ADETTI - ISCTE-IUL in 2012. Bruno then joined Deloitte Portugal in 2013, starting as an IT Analyst and later transitioning to the roles of IT Consultant and IT Senior Consultant. During their time at Deloitte, they worked on projects for Tier 1 international clients in the insurance and banking industries, focusing on migration solutions, business intelligence infrastructure implementations, and core system renewals.

In 2018, Bruno joined Marionete as a Big Data Engineer, where they worked on IT consulting projects for an European Central Bank. Bruno developed high-volume data ingestion pipelines for derivative contracts, supporting business units in analyzing the derivative markets and monitoring risks to financial stability.

In 2019, Bruno returned to Deloitte Portugal as a Senior Consultant in the AI & Data field. Bruno was involved in IT consulting projects for Tier 1 and Major Angolan Telco, where they worked on projects related to big data analytics, machine learning models for customer churn prediction, data governance, and data visualization frameworks.

More recently, in 2022, Bruno joined Mesh-AI as a Principal Data Consultant.

Bruno Parra attended ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa from 2009 to 2013. Bruno studied Computer Science and Business Management, although the degree obtained is not specified. Additionally, Bruno Parra has obtained several certifications, including Corda Certified Developer from R3 in July 2018, Neo4j Certified Professional from Neo4j in May 2018, CCA Data Analyst from Cloudera in July 2018, and CCA Spark and Hadoop Developer from Cloudera in June 2018.
