Or Tubul has a varied work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mesh Payments, where they took a crucial part of the rapid growth of the start-up, bringing it from 40 to 150 employees and counting. They managed the entire recruitment process from sourcing to interviews and on-boarding. They also worked closely with R&D managers and the CTO, defining technical profiles of all levels. In the same year, they began working as a Recruitment Coordinator at John Bryce, where they acquired skills in sourcing efficiently using free aids that support LinkedIn, handling candidate's process from start to end, and conducting efficient and pleasant interviews. In 2020, they worked as a Mortgages banker at Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, where they worked closely with a wide variety of people, provided service in the mortgage field and worked on the CRM system. In 2017, they worked as Management Staff at Paneco.com Singapore, where they managed a team of 8 employees, set up new branches of the store and were responsible for recruiting employees, managing employees and taking care to their well-being. In 2013, they worked as an Office Manager and Diagnoses of behavioral sciences at IDF.

Or Tubul obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2021. Prior to that, they earned their first degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Sapir College in 2019.
