Erin Purington has extensive work experience in various roles in logistics and supply chain management. Erin started their career in 1997 as a Distribution Center Manager at North Bay Distribution, Inc., where they oversaw start-up operations and managed a team of supervisors and associates. At Gap Inc., they held multiple positions, including Manager of Gap Brand Logistics and Store Planning & Real Estate, and Manager/Planner of Gap Brand North America Logistics. During their time at Gap Inc., Erin gained experience in business, supply chain, financial management, and continuous process improvement. Erin then joined Apple as a Manager in the Retail & Fulfillment Logistics organization, where they served as the Inventory Control & Reverse Logistics Manager for the Americas region and later took on the role of Manager of Worldwide Retail & Fulfillment [Inventory Control Operations Support]. In 2012, they were promoted to Manager of Logistics Services, responsible for overseeing product delivery throughout the Americas. In 2015, Erin was awarded the newly created position of Manager of Customer Engagement Logistics Strategy, where they proposed, negotiated, and implemented supply chain solutions. Erin'saccomplishments at Apple include earning two Apple Operations Improvement Awards for applying Lean Six Sigma principles to supply chain improvements. Most recently, Erin joined meshify in 2018, where they serve as the ATS CoS, IoT Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Program Management.
Erin Purington has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from Auburn University.
