John Chrysikopoulos

John Chrysikopoulos is currently a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Mesirow Financial in New York. Prior to this, they were a Senior Managing Director at Sonenshine Partners from November 2017 to January 2020. From September 2015 to November 2017, they were the President at Axia Capital Markets. John also served as Managing Director at Axia Ventures Group from July 2013 to August 2015.

Before their current role, Chrysikopoulos worked at Mesirow Financial from January 2009 to December 2012 as Managing Director. John also worked at Citi from January 1996 to December 2005 and Goldman Sachs from January 2005 to December 2009, both in the capacity of Managing Director. Chrysikopoulos began their career at Goldman Sachs in January 1987 and remained there until December 1996.

John Chrysikopoulos has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Washington University in St. Louis, a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Tulane University.
