Will Beam

Will Beam has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. Will is currently working as the Managing Director, Acquisitions at Mesirow, where they are responsible for sourcing new acquisition opportunities and mentoring analysts. Prior to this, Will was the Managing Director & Principal, Investments & Business Development at Magnolia Capital, where they grew and mentored an Investments Team and played a key role in capital raising efforts. Will also worked at Heitman as a Senior Vice President, where they successfully closed multiple multifamily investments. Will began their career as a College Agent at Northwestern Mutual Life.

Will Beam attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2001 to 2005. Will earned a BSBA degree with a focus in Finance.
