Catherine Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Catherine initially worked as a Research and Development Chemist at Associated Octel, where they were responsible for the research and development of transport fuel additives. Catherine then moved on to Mars Confectionery, where they held various roles, including Personnel Manager and Technical Services Specialist. In these positions, they managed HR issues, recruitment and selection processes, and implemented company policies.
Afterwards, Catherine transitioned to Fiserv, where they served as a Human Resources Director. Some of their accomplishments so far include organizing and facilitating staff and executive team meetings, implementing a performance appraisal and salary review process, and harmonizing employment terms.
