Stanislava Bilney has extensive work experience in the operations and business operations field. Stanislava currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mesmerise since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Business Operations at Mesmerise from October 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Mesmerise, Stanislava worked at Nationwide Building Society as a Performance & Operations Leader from April 2020 to October 2022. During their time there, they also held the role of Automation & Solution Consultant from September 2017 to April 2020. Stanislava began their career at Lloyds TSB as a Front Line Manager from December 2006 to September 2009. In this role, they focused on improving customer-centric processes, implementing continuous improvement strategies, and managing key risks.

Furthermore, they earned the Six Sigma (Dark) Green belt from the Operations Excellence Academy, LBG in November 2011. Prior to that, they achieved the Lean Advanced Practitioner - LCS Level 1c certification from Cardiff University - Lean Competency System in January 2010.
