Chad Survis

Chad Survis has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Chad began their career as an IT Technician at Sitel, where they provided Tier 1 support for end-users and assisted with troubleshooting and special projects. Chad then moved on to Integrated Business Development Systems, where they worked as a Network Administrator, managing network server setup and providing application support for two automotive dealerships. Most recently, Chad has been employed at mesquite gaming, where they have held various roles, including Network Specialist and Director of Information Technology. In these positions, they have performed network and server administration, conducted security administration and monitoring, and managed file and folder permissions. Chad has also provided backup and disaster recovery planning and monitoring, as well as Active Directory management and maintenance. Chad's experience includes managing teams, training and mentoring staff, and providing ongoing coaching.

Chad Survis completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Network Systems at ITT Technical Institute in 2003. Additionally, they obtained two certifications - ComptTIA Network + in August 2018 and CompTIA A+ in April 2018, both from CompTIA.
