Gregory Davis

Gregory Davis has over 20 years of work experience in various technology roles. Gregory started their career at CorCystems, Inc., where they worked as a Sr. Systems Engineer for small to medium-sized businesses. Their responsibilities included planning, installation, configuration, and management of over 100 servers. Gregory also implemented real-time systems monitoring using Nagios 2.

After working at CorCystems, Inc., Gregory joined Pando Networks, Inc. as a Sr. Systems Engineer. Gregory contributed to the design and construction of the company's Development, Test, and Production environments for a large scale P2P content delivery network. Gregory also utilized open source software and commodity hardware to ensure scalability and high availability.

In 2010, Gregory joined MediaMath as a Sr. Systems Engineer. Gregory played a key role in revolutionizing traditional marketing and empowering marketers to achieve their goals at scale. Gregory built a highly available, distributed metrics platform and standardized the OS environment for improved application and service portability. Gregory also created software packaging and deploy tools for the QA and development teams.

Gregory's career at MediaMath progressed, and they were later promoted to the role of Sr. Director, Platform Operations. Gregory successfully negotiated favorable contract pricing with vendors and optimized overall performance and availability while reducing costs. Gregory achieved SOC2 compliance by implementing security policies and ensuring adherence to data governance requirements. Gregory also served as an advisor on the security council, influencing companywide security policy decisions.

In 2018, Gregory joined MessageGears as the Director of Operations, where they currently work.
