Shawn D'Souza

Shawn D'souza is a skilled Software QA Tester with extensive experience in manual testing and quality assurance. Currently employed at Messagepoint since February 2016, Shawn specializes in analyzing user stories for validity and feasibility, and executing integration and regression test cases. Previously, Shawn worked at GMC Software and Teradata, focusing on manual testing and user story analysis. Earlier in the career at Tech Mahindra, Shawn contributed as a Software Developer, delivering customer expectations and maintaining the Siebel production system for British Telecom. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
