Anthony Barthel

Anthony Barthel is an experienced attorney at Messerli & Kramer P.A. since January 2017, currently serving as the chair of the Firm’s Corporate Group and Real Estate Group. In this role, Anthony leads a team of attorneys and advisors, providing outside general counsel for lower- and middle-market businesses and commercial real estate operations. Anthony specializes in real estate law, focusing on the purchase, sale, financing, and leasing of commercial properties, as well as addressing land use, environmental, and property development issues. Prior to this, Anthony worked as an attorney at Halleland Habicht PA from June 2011 to January 2017. Anthony holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Bethel University.
