Shannon Welch is a versatile professional with extensive experience in merchandising, marketing, and leadership. Since September 2014, Shannon has operated as a self-employed merchandiser, achieving significant profit and customer growth. Additionally, Shannon has been a Growth Marketing Intern at RippleMatch since January 2019, contributing to user base growth through various marketing strategies. As President of Texas A&M Women in Economics, Shannon connects members with industry leaders and manages organizational finances. Shannon also interned at Messina Hof Winery and Resort, where responsibilities included event coordination and developing a new iOS application, and served as a representative for Poshmark, focusing on user recruitment and relationship building. Previously, Shannon founded Treasured Yesterdays, overseeing all business operations from inception until August 2017.
