William Giusti

William Giusti is currently the Executive Managing Director at Mestel & Company, where William specializes in placing partners, developing attorney groups, and facilitating law firm mergers. With almost 40 years of legal experience, William has expertise in project finance, structured finance, leveraged and acquisition financing, and the energy sectors. Prior to their current role, William was a Partner at Baker Botts LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP, where William held leadership positions in global project finance and bank finance practice groups. William also worked as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP earlier in their career. William holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Columbia University.
