Josef Ingvarsson

Josef Ingvarsson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josef began their career at Stavanger Vandrerhjem, where they worked as a Driftsansvarig, responsible for managing the daily operations of a hostel. Josef later joined Sida as a Praktikant and Sida alumni, gaining experience in the field of international development.

Josef then transitioned to Systembolaget AB, where they worked as a Försäljare, responsible for sales. Following this, they joined Nordic Choice Hotels as a Hållbarhetscoach, conducting internal audits and coaching staff on sustainability initiatives.

Afterwards, Josef worked at Menigo Foodservice AB as a Kvalitetsassistent, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and certifications, managing quality control, and communicating sustainable sourcing efforts. Following their time at Menigo, Josef joined Mestro, initially as a Customer Success Manager, then transitioning to a role as a Customer Success & Sustainability Manager. Josef currently holds the position of Head of CX & Sustainability.

In 2010 to 2011, Josef attended Färnebo folkhögskola, specializing in a field of study called "Klimat och förändring – med filmen som verktyg." Additionally, in March 2021, Josef received a certification in "EU-taxonomin – så redovisar du enligt den nya lagen och investerares krav" from Aktuell Hållbarhet Utbildning.
