Adam Hovan

Adam Hovan is a Senior Project Manager in R&D at MET Group, an integrated European energy company focused on natural gas and power, since July 2022. Prior to this role, Adam served as Head of Energy Management at FŐTÁV from 2016 to July 2022, managing district heating operations in Budapest. Adam's earlier experience includes serving as Technical Director for MVM North Buda Cogeneration Power Plant and in various engineering roles at MVM Hungarian Electricity Ltd., BVMT Ltd., and MVM Paks Nuclear Power Plant. Adam holds a Master of Science in Energy Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, as well as postgraduate specialization in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest. Additionally, Adam has certifications as an Energy Specialist and Energy Auditor from the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers.
