Brandon Blair

Brandon Blair is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and automation. Since December 2024, Brandon has served as an Engineering Manager at Meta, following a successful tenure at LTK, where roles included Engineering Manager, Senior Software Engineer II, Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer II, and Software Engineer in Test from June 2017 to December 2024. At LTK, Brandon was instrumental in building efficient backend teams and designing scalable cloud solutions. Prior to LTK, Brandon worked as an Automation Engineer at Research Now SSI, QA Engineer at Dealertrack Technologies and Reddwerks Corporation, and held various technical roles at Sage PC Solutions Ltd. and the United States Air Force. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Arts in Literary Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas.
