Deepesh Nair

Deepesh Nair is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in quality engineering and product strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineering Leader for Product Quality at Meta since February 2024, Deepesh drives the product quality vision for enterprise engineering. Previously, as Senior Engineering Director at Dataminr, Deepesh led teams focused on developer productivity, achieving significant milestones such as the creation of an internal developer portal. Deepesh's career at Meta includes a seven-year tenure as Senior Manager in Reliability and Quality Engineering, positively impacting over 3000 software engineers. Prior roles include Senior Technical Program Manager at Service Labs LLC, Senior Engineering Manager at Amazon, and Software Development Engineer in Test at Blockbuster Entertainment Inc. Deepesh holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, an MS in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a BE in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Madras.
