Erica Virtue

Erica Virtue is a seasoned product design professional with extensive experience in leading design efforts at Meta, where roles have included Product Design Director, Senior Product Design Manager, and Design Lead Manager within Reality Labs, along with positions as a Product Designer in both News and Local. Prior to Meta, Erica served as a Senior Product Designer at GrubHub Inc., a Lead User Experience Designer at Thrillist Media Group, and a Founding Designer at Vitogo. Additional experience includes project management at Lambda Legal and freelance design work. Erica holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria.
