Esther Crawford

Esther Crawford is a seasoned product management leader and angel investor with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Meta since April 2024, Esther leads teams focused on building products that facilitate conversations. As an angel investor affiliated with Sequoia Capital since January 2023, Esther has a strong passion for consumer products that promote healing, connection, and prosperity. Previously, Esther held the role of Director of Product Management at Twitter from December 2020 to April 2023, overseeing new revenue products and contributing to the development of various innovative features. As the CEO and co-founder of Squad, acquired by Twitter in 2020, Esther was integral in fundraising and leading product development. Additional roles include Head of Product Marketing at Stride Labs and Product Marketing Lead at Coach.me, with early experience as Lead Social Media Strategist at Weight Watchers. Esther holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Durham University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Oregon State University, supplemented by participation in Y Combinator.
