Jiayue Zhang

Jiayue Zhang is a Senior Software Engineer at Meta since October 2024, focusing on Instagram story ranking data infrastructure. Previously, Jiayue held the same title at MANGO INC, developing an on-premise machine learning solution for rapid bacteria detection, and contributed to Single Origin by enhancing algorithms for SQL queries and setting up backend infrastructure using Kubernetes and other technologies. Jiayue's earlier experience includes a role at Snap Inc., where significant contributions were made to data infrastructure and machine learning platforms, and a position at Amazon, developing for Amazon Video on Android. Jiayue Zhang holds a Master's degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a Deep Learning Nanodegree from Udacity, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology.
