Navrose Oberman

Navrose (Rose) Oberman is an experienced technical sourcer currently employed at Meta since January 2022, focusing on product design recruitment for various teams including Instagram and diversity hiring initiatives. Prior to this role, Navrose worked as a talent acquisition consultant at Metrolinx, contributing to significant transportation projects in Ontario. Earlier experience includes positions as a talent acquisition specialist at York Region, recognized for its diversity and employee satisfaction, and as a recruiter at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Canada’s largest mental health facility. Navrose also held roles at the National Benefit Authority, CIBC, and Head2Head, enhancing expertise in recruitment across diverse sectors. Navrose holds an Hon. B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Toronto and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from George Brown College.
