Sergio Paolantonio

Sergio Paolantonio is an experienced leader in User Experience design, currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Meta since July 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing various teams focused on the Quest device. Prior to Meta, Sergio held the position of Director of Innovation, Design & Development at Hasbro, leading an innovation team and launching platforms such as an AR headset for kids. Experience at Microsoft spanned multiple roles including leadership of UX teams for HoloLens, Cortana, and Xbox One, with a strong emphasis on user-centered design and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Earlier career experiences include positions at Panasonic, Hitachi, and Fraunhofer IGD, complemented by a Master Course in Interaction Design from the Interaction Design Institute Ivrea and a degree in Industrial Design from ISIA Istituto Superiore per le Industrie Artistiche.
