Shweta Bajpai

Shweta Bajpai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as Group Director for Financial Services, Media, Travel, Real Estate, and Services at Meta since September 2020. Prior to this role, Shweta led global media operations as Go-to-Market Lead at Google from July 2016 to September 2020, where responsibilities included managing operational rigor and driving strategic initiatives. Shweta's tenure at The Boston Consulting Group spanned from June 2009 to July 2016, during which time contributions included serving as Principal with a focus on digital transformation across various industries and leading India's first consumer research study on digital influence. Earlier career experience includes roles at Lehman Brothers, Everest Group, and KALYANI Carpenter Special Steels. Shweta holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
