Yu-tang Cheng

Yu-tang Cheng has a diverse work experience in product management and project management roles.

Yu-tang began their career as an intern at The Kirklin Clinic of UAB Hospital in 2014, where they assisted in standardizing the check-in process across multiple specialty clinics.

In 2014, Yu-tang joined Greenway Health as a Product Analyst, responsible for optimizing product efficiency and values in dental software.

From 2016 to 2017, Yu-tang worked at MotionMobs as a Project Manager, overseeing custom native mobile and web application development projects.

In 2017, they joined Codementor as a Product Manager, managing the mentorship platform for software developers.

Yu-tang's most recent role was at Arc.dev, where they served as a Product Lead from 2019 to 2021. Yu-tang managed the end-to-end product development process, conducted user interviews, and analyzed customer and event data to inform product decisions.

Currently, Yu-tang is a Product Manager at Metabase, starting in 2021.

Yu-tang Cheng completed their education in the field of Public Health. Yu-tang obtained their Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2015. Prior to that, they had already completed their Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management with Minors in Public Health from the same institution in 2013.

In addition to their academic degrees, Yu-tang Cheng also holds two additional certifications. In February 2015, they obtained the Pragmatic Marketing Certification (PMC-II). Yu-tang also holds the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification, awarded by the Scrum Alliance, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
