Laurence CARON LAZZERI is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, automotive, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Group Human Resources Director at METabolic EXplorer since September 2022, Laurence previously held significant roles such as HR Director for France and European subsidiaries at LFB, where responsibilities included managing human resources for 2,500 employees across multiple sites and leading culture change initiatives.
