Joe Wandy

Joe Wandy is currently working at Metabolon, Inc. as a Principal Bioinformatician where Joe is involved in designing and developing a multi-omics data analysis platform. Prior to this, Joe held the position of Senior Bioinformatics Developer at the same company where Joe developed a comprehensive Bioinformatics Platform focused on metabolomics client data analysis. Before joining Metabolon, Joe worked at the University of Glasgow as a Research Data Scientist specializing in ML methods for omics data analysis and mass spectrometry data acquisition. Joe also worked as a Bioinformatician and Data Analyst at the university where Joe enhanced the Polyomics Metabolomics Pipeline for advanced metabolomics analysis. Joe holds a PhD in Computing Science and a Master of Research in Bioinformatics, both from the University of Glasgow.
