Elçin Mustafa Güven

Elçin Mustafa Güven has been working in the business and technology sectors since 2005. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Strategic Planning Specialist at Meteksan Sistem. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Business Development Vice President at Garanti BBVA, where they were responsible for the development of cash management and working capital management products. Elçin Mustafa then moved to HSBC as a Payment Products Manager, where they established a new bulk payment product and managed a payments re-pricing project. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Business Development Director at Metaco. Currently, they are the Director of Business Development at Metaco.

Elçin Mustafa Güven received a Master of Business Administration from Bilkent University in 2009, having studied Business Administration from 2006-2009. In 2008, Elçin participated in an Exchange Program at NEOMA Business School, also earning a Master of Business Administration. Prior to that, Elçin studied Computer Science & Engineering at Baskent University from 2001-2005. Elçin also holds a certification from Harvard Business School's Agile Transformation Program, obtained in January 2022.
