Manish Sharma

Manish received BS in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

He has over sixteen years of IT industry experience in agile software development, offshore delivery, software product development, account management, technology architecture, and people management. He now has proven expertise in bootstrapping offshore teams, defining and setting up agile processes and tools, and mentoring technology teams to set them up for success.

Manish has been with Metacube since 2004. During this period he has driven several customer engagements successfully from start-ups to mature organizations. Before Metacube he worked in various capacities with HeadStrong, DrKW, HCL Technologies, Mirc Electronics, and ABB.
