Kelly McCaughey

Kelly McCaughey has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2001, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and Director of Data Management at Cummings Meeting Consultants, where they successfully planned and executed multiple projects for diverse clients hosting meetings, conventions, incentives, and events. Kelly then moved on to Integral Technologies in 2005, where they served as a Marketing Specialist and managed trade shows, corporate events, and product launches. From 2007 onwards, Kelly joined Salesforce and held various roles including Account Manager, Project/Program Manager, and Account Director, before progressing to Senior Director positions in Marketing Cloud Experience and Product Management. Kelly played a significant role in leading go-to-market efforts and customer experience for Marketing Cloud on Hyperforce, Salesforce’s public cloud infrastructure on AWS. Kelly's most recent experience is as a VP of Customer Success at MetaCX starting in 2023.

Kelly McCaughey obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Marketing and Management from Indiana University Bloomington, completing their education from 1996 to 2000.
