Thierry Bourroux

Thierry Bourroux has extensive work experience in the food industry. Thierry currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Metafoodx since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Customer Solution Services at the same company from October 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Metafoodx, Thierry worked at Bon Appétit Management Company as a Resident District Manager from October 2017 to November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director for Residential Dining, Training Table, and Residential Catering at UC Berkeley from August 2014 to October 2017.

Thierry also worked as the Associate Director of USC Hospitality Residential Dining and Training Table at the University of Southern California from April 2010 to August 2014.

Thierry Bourroux attended Lycée Hôtelier Raymond Mondon de Metz in France from 1986 to 1990. Thierry studied Business Administration, Hospitality Management, and Culinary Arts during this time.
