Claudia Schaaf is a highly experienced Architect and Executive Strategic Advisor at METAFOR, bringing over 33 years of expertise in designing and executing building projects for a diverse clientele that includes local businesses, global corporations, nonprofits, and agencies. As a managing Principal, Claudia promotes a positive work environment that encourages high-performance teams to meet client requirements efficiently. Prior to METAFOR, Claudia served as Vice President of Architecture at Riddell Kurczaba architecture engineering interior design ltd., where responsibilities included overseeing project managers, maintaining budgets, ensuring timely project completion, and upholding professional standards. Previous roles also include Architect/Project Manager at Deutsche Bahn AG focusing on railway land conversion and Project Assistant at WBG.
