Currently, Barry serves as a Founding Partner at Metagrove Ventures, focusing on connecting US and APAC markets to support early-stage companies in scaling globally. Barry is also a Co-Founder of Guild, which specializes in hiring elite overseas talent, and the Founder of Argon Labs, a boutique agency dedicated to creating technical content for technology companies across multiple regions. With experience as a Startup Mentor for Techstars and as an angel investor, Barry actively supports innovative ventures. Previous roles include Product & Growth at Skylo Technologies and Software Lead at Verizon, complementing a robust educational background with a dual degree in Engineering and Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
