Adam Bauer

Adam Bauer is an experienced Project Engineering Leader at Metal Craft and Riverside Machine & Engineering, overseeing half of the engineering staff and managing project responsibilities for first-time builds, including R&D and pilot production for aerospace and defense clients since August 2021. Previously, Adam served as a Project Engineer at Phillips-Medisize from January 2011 to July 2021, leading injection mold builds and validations, as well as automation projects for disposable diagnostic components. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, obtained in 2010.
