Gabriel Fruet is an accomplished project manager and consultant with extensive experience in leading strategic projects and improving organizational performance. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Metal Toad since March 2023, Gabriel oversees the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints. As a Project Management Consultant at Abock, Gabriel provides clients with strategic, operational, and financial guidance. Prior roles include Project Manager and Associate Project Manager at Brick Abode, where Gabriel demonstrated strong project planning and leadership skills. Gabriel's background also includes management experience at London Company Property Management Ltd and property management for Airbnb, along with foundational roles in hospitality and administration.
