Yvette Kilburn

Yvette Kilburn has extensive experience in quality management and manufacturing within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Quality ISO Coordinator at Metalex Manufacturing, Inc. since May 2018, Yvette oversees quality assurance in a company specializing in advanced technology machining. Previously held the role of Corporate ISO Coordinator at LSI Industries Inc. from October 2015 to May 2018, focusing on maintaining the Quality Management System for high-quality lighting products. Earlier experience at L-3 Communications spanned over thirteen years in various positions, including Production Supervisor, Trainer, Safety Team Member, Team Lead, and Assembly Technician, where responsibilities included workflow management, training new hires, and overseeing production processes in precision electronics. Yvette holds a degree from Miami University, achieved between 2004 and 2009.
